Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "big138" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the online gaming platform accessible at https://big138.cam and its operating entity.
• "Member" / "Player" / "User" / "you" — refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on big138.
• "Account" — the personal, non-transferable account opened by a Member upon successful registration and identity verification.
• "Balance" — the total IDR funds held within a Member's account, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts (tracked separately).
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits issued by big138 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Member must wager before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and address verification process required to activate full withdrawal privileges.
• "Services" — all gaming products, betting markets, payment processing, and customer support offered through the big138 platform.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the exclusive transaction currency on big138.
• "Terms" — these Terms and Conditions in their current and future amended versions.

To register and use the big138 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person (not a legal entity or automated agent).
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age.
• You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Indonesian law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by big138 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds belonging to, any third party.
• You must not be an employee, officer, contractor, or affiliate of big138, or an immediate family member of any such person.

Registration on big138 is available to eligible individuals as defined in Clause 2. By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information submitted is accurate, complete, and current.

Each Member is permitted to hold one account only. If you already hold an account with big138 under a different name, email address, or payment method, you are prohibited from registering an additional account. Multiple accounts controlled by the same individual are subject to immediate closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. big138 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

big138 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

big138 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All Members must complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal.

The following documents may be requested during the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID such as a National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months showing your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) used for deposits, confirming that the account is registered in your name.

big138 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage if it deems such verification necessary. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until all required KYC documents have been reviewed and approved. The review process is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission during business hours (WIB).

All financial transactions on big138 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: Rp 50.000.
• Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits made via bank transfer are typically credited to your big138 account within 1–5 minutes of the transfer being confirmed by the banking system.
• big138 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transfer charges that are outside our control.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an account review.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100.000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit, as a standard security and anti-fraud measure.
• For verified accounts, withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day.
• big138 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or are flagged by our fraud detection system. Such checks may extend processing times.
• Members must complete KYC verification (Clause 4) before their first withdrawal can be approved.

big138 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to verified Members only, unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion page.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Member, per household, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated on each promotion page.
• During the wagering period, a maximum bet-per-spin or bet-per-round limit applies, as stated in the specific promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) or may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• big138 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of a promotion being cancelled while a Member is actively working toward its wagering requirement, the bonus funds will be removed from the Member's account.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard withdrawal process.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on big138. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live casino, slots) are published in the respective game sections of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the Member.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout, big138 reserves the right to void the affected round or correct the payout to the accurate amount.
• For sportsbook markets, odds are subject to change before a bet is placed. The odds shown at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds applied to the wager. Subsequent odds changes do not affect confirmed bets.
• For mix parlay (multi-match accumulator) bets, all individual selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. If one or more selections are void (e.g., postponed matches), those legs will be removed and the parlay recalculated accordingly.
• big138 applies a voor bola (Asian handicap) market on selected football fixtures. All voor bola market rules are governed by standard Asian Handicap conventions.
• Random number generators (RNGs) used in slots and virtual games are certified by independent third-party auditors. Game results are determined by certified RNG outputs and are not influenced by big138 operators.
• big138 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is clear evidence of exploitation of a pricing or software error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the big138 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or registering using false identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome by exploiting bonus offers.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider without first contacting big138 support.
• Laundering money or using the platform to conceal the origins of illegally obtained funds.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any third party, or allowing another person to operate your account.

All content on the big138 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, and software — is the intellectual property of big138 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any platform content without prior written authorization from big138.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any platform software.
• Using big138 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without explicit written permission.

Any unauthorized use of big138 intellectual property may result in legal proceedings for damages and/or injunctive relief.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, big138 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption of service resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information, odds, or game results displayed on the platform where a technical error was responsible for the incorrect display.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from platform use.

big138's total aggregate liability to any Member, arising from any cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

big138 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used exclusively for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of our services. big138 does not sell personal data to third-party advertisers.

Either the Member or big138 may terminate a Member account, subject to the following conditions:

Termination by Member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance will be returned via your registered withdrawal method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no active bonus wagering requirement is outstanding.

Termination by big138: big138 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, if:

• The account is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms.
• The Member provides false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• The account is found to be involved in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable compliance or reputational risk to big138.

In the event of termination for breach, big138 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in full, including any real-money funds, pending the outcome of any investigation.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming law, as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which big138 operates.

By registering on big138, Indonesian-resident Members acknowledge that they are accessing the platform of their own free will and take sole personal responsibility for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.

Any disputes between big138 and a Member that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support and complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, as determined by big138 at the time the dispute is escalated.

big138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practical, notify active Members via the email address registered to their account.

Your continued use of the big138 platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure as described in Clause 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. big138 recommends checking this page each time you log in to your account.
